WINTER RENTALS
From October to April (on a monthly basis)
Do you need a temporary accommodation close to Rome for business reasons? Do you need a place where to stay waiting for your new house to be finished?

Our open-space apartments are extremely cosy and are perfect for long-term rentals too. They are elegantly furnished and have their own independent entrance, a fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, DVD player.
They are designed to meet all our guests needs.
Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
The rental fee includes: weekly change of towels and linen, heating, electricity and water consumption.
Cleaning and laundry services are optionals.

From here you can enjoy one of the most breath-taking sunsets of the area.
La Cavetta is the perfect place where to organize your open-air events: a candle-light dinner with your friends, a dancing party for your adniversary as well as a business event, we are ready to make your event a very special one!
