Opinione: Dear future guests,
We are three sisters who were so lucky to have stayed one week at La Cavettain August 2011. We enjoyed every single moment at the beautifully quiet, neat, natural and totally relaxing place. Teresa and Franco are lovely hosts who care for the house and garden as much as for the well-being of their guests. The appartment (Indaco) was pretty, clean and complete,while the shady terrace provided a perfect place for breakfast and dinner. The atmosphere in the pool area, under olive and pomegranate trees, with a view on the pool and on the lake made every day special. Lago di Bracciano and Lago di Martignano as well as the small towns around them are very close by and provide refreshing (and astonishingly non-touristic) destinations for half-day trips, especially with 38 degrees. Without reservations, we recommend La Cavetta to everyone who is looking for perfect summer holidays!!

Opinione: Im Juni 2011 haben wir unseren 2-wöchigen Rom-Urlaub bei Teresa und Franco verbracht.
Nach den 2 Wochen mussten wir feststellen, daß es einer unserer besten Urlaube war.
Die Lage ist optimal um diverse Ausflüge nach Rom zu machen und sich anschliessend von dem vielen Trubel am Pool zu erholen.
Sehenswert sind auch die Städtchen um den Bracciano-See, wobei uns Anguilara am Besten gefallen hat.

Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause und Teresa stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung.

Vielen Dank nochmals für die sehr schönen 14 Tage bei Euch und viele Grüße auch an Pepe :-)

Opinione: In July 2010, a lifetime ago, we spent a wonderful eighteen days sojourn in the peace and tranquility that is La Cavetta .We were made extremely welcome by Teresa, Franco, the children and of course Pepe!!
Location is perfect, lovely views over the garden, swimming pool and lake, within an easy drive of Trevignano with it's shops, numerous restaurants and lakeside walks.
We will return.

We meant to write earlier but time goes by so fast. We enjoyed the days spent on your
wonderful premise. Beautiful, clean, family
friendly with the pool, you, your children and of course the companion dog PEPE. Always
around to make us feel like home and of course to grab any food that may be willing to share. Oops, did not know we were not supposed to feed him! It was easy to talk to you in either english or french. We just wish we would have spoken some italian to exchange a little more with your daughter and your son. We will long remember our stay. Hoping to see you again soon.

Opinione: Great place to relax and unwind with the family. There were 5 adults and 2 children in our party in Porpora and Indaco, very convient with adjoining door. Setting was beautiful and peaceful. You need a car to get around. Lovely pool. Teresa, Franco and family are on site which makes them handy but you don't notice they are there. Very friendly. Beach on lakeside (5-10 mins drive) is nice but a bit shinglely. Lido di Ostia is about 50 mins away with beautiful sandy beach and facilities. Rome is magnificent and about 45 mins away by car or we got the train in from Cesano (20 mins car, 35 mins train)Lovely holiday, well recommended.

Notre voyage de retour s'est bien passé ( valises, lessive, repassage ...) après deux semaines de vacances reposantes à La Cavetta et nous vous envoyons comme promis nos impressions que vous pouvez publier sur votre site web :

"Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances agréables au mois de juillet 2009 à "La Cavetta".
Nous étions 9 personnes, soit deux couples avec 3 et 2 enfants âgés de 10 à 14 ans et nous avions loué les trois appartements.
La villa était conforme à la description, située dans une grande propriété avec une grille automatique s'ouvrant sur une allée menant à un petit parking situé à côté du bâtiment principal.
Les deux appartements Indaco et Porpora étaient très spacieux, climatisés, et disposaient chacun d'une cuisine bien équipée (lave-vaisselle) et d'une grande salle de bain avec une large douche. L'Oliver, plus petit, était idéal pour deux adultes.
Les propriétaires habitant sur place, ils étaient toutefois très discrets, sympathiques et toujours disponibles.
Nous avons apprécié les divers produits alimentaires mis à notre disposition lors de notre arrivée et la mise à disposition du linge de maison.
L'endroit était très calme, de jour comme de nuit, et les villages de Trevignano et Anguilara n'étaient qu'à environ 7 km en voiture. (magasins divers)
Nous avons aussi bien profité du grand BBQ en pierre construit sur la vaste terrasse où nous avons pris tous nos repas à l'ombre de la pergola.
Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la belle piscine entretenue par Franco et la compagnie du chien de la maison "Pepe" qui jouait avec eux dès le matin. Nous vous remercions encore pour votre accueil et pour cet inoubliable séjour dans le Lazio.

Fantastisch huis op een fantastische locatie, met zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw/-heer die willen dat je een onvergetelijke vakantie hebt: is hun voor 100% gelukt. De locatie met een prima zwembad ,het prachtige weer en de geografische ligging ten opzichte van Rome (makkelijk per trein te bereiken) maakten onze vakantie onvergetelijk.

Opinione: Nous venons de pa**er d'excellentes vacances à 9 (deux familles) à LaCavetta.Proprios sympas discrets disponibles et efficaces , et polyglottes !piscine extra ! et barbecue à volonté (chercher les charbons au GS de Anguillara ), la viande à la découpe au GS de Trevignano ainsi que le pain et le vin rouge du cru en continatore de 2.5 ou 5 litres ... bons lits , télé par satellite , mais le ciel étoilé est encore mieux ! "Peppe" le chien : adorable .TOP !!!

Opinione: Beautiful,restful,comfortable accommodation in a wonderful and convenient setting. Ideal as a base for those visits to Rome, and surrounding areas or just to relax in the sun, by the pool without going anywhere. Our hosts Theresa and Franco made us very welcome. The little extras, like the welcoming pack of "goodies" were most appreciated and enjoyed and very thoughtful. :D Mike and Jeanne Melbourne Australia.
